This is because SlimQuest uses Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques that will help you address and overcome the obstacles that have prevented you from achieving and maintaining weight loss in the past.

Consciously you know that you want to lose weight, so it can be confusing when our choices don't support our goal. However, it's estimated that about 90% of our daily behaviour is driven unconsciously - and often we're unaware of the true motivations for what we do. Essentially the unconscious mind acts as a protective device whose purpose is to keep us safe. Often without realising it we find ourselves motivated to move towards things (people, activities and behaviours) which our unconscious mind believes are good for us on the basis of past experience.

If overtime, your experience has led your unconscious mind to believe that eating gave you an emotional reward such as love or comfort, then it will continue to motivate you to eat to fill that emotional gap, no matter how much you consciously wish to change your behaviour.
